Quick disconnect passenger oxygen mask deployment containers
These new oxygen passenger mask deployment containers have been designed so they can be easily installed or removed during aircraft interior installation, or for easier mask repacking during in-service use or annual inspection. Different configurations have been developed, some with the valve body remaining with the box, others with the valve body remaining on the aircraft structure. Note that we also have matching quick disconnect hoses. The transparent door allows for easy inspection of the mask, while the partial opening allows to control the mask deployment without having to repack all the masks! The partial opening feature has been designed so that to automatically disengage when being re-stowed so that never to interfere with the actual deployment of the mask during an emergency. Contact our Sales and Engineering Department to learn about our new containers that save you time and money, while offering unmatched reliability!

Electronic e-Panel with manual override and high altitude landing feature
Pacific Precision Products designed a control panel which offers the advantage of electronic regulation (outstanding precision, thereby offering increased oxygen duration) without the drawback of having to rely on the emergency back-up system (costly at installation and at certification, not to mention the lack of flexibility of future changes). This new panel combines electronic regulation with a traditional pneumatic by-pass which can be manually actuated in case of electrical failure. Additionally this panel offers a feature which prevents the automatic deployment of the passenger masks at the opening of the cabin door due to the high elevation of the landing airfield (high altitude airport in China, India, Peru etc…). Contact our Engineering Department to learn about our new e-Panel which offers unique features.

Gaseous passenger mask deployment containers with electrical actuation
Pacific Precision Products has developed some unique boxes (for crew rest compartment application for example) which incorporates a gaseous valve linked to the main system but opened through an electrical latch. This unique configuration allows the boxes to interface with existing chemical boxes which are electrically actuated, without the need to add an altitude switch or complex connection to the cabin altitude system. Contact our Sales Department to learn about this new box application.

Multiple cylinders - Therapeutic control panel
This control panel has been designed to control the oxygen available for a therapeutic system with multiple cylinders (six). This panel allows the user to select any cylinder, follow and be warned about the availability of oxygen. Contact our Sales Department to learn about this new panel, along with our traditional therapeutic panel with multiple flow selection.

Mechanical dual altitude switch
PPP has developed a unique dual altitude switch so that to trigger systems (oxygen, humidity…) at different altitudes. This switch can be used also to trigger different modes of operation according to the altitudes. Contact our Sales and Engineering Department to learn about this new dual switch and the many others that have recently been developed.

Matching personal air valve and LED lighting
The new aluminum Personal Air Valve and LED light has been developed as a pair so that to be matching through the aircraft. The low profile allows for more cabin room and prevents the passenger from hitting his/her head in a confined space. The LED light has been developed so that to be changed from the outside, without having to remove the entire assembly. Contact our Sales Department to learn about the many configurations that are available and customizable.

Dual Indicator Remote Fill Panel
The newest addition to our remote fill panels is a dual electrical indicator fill/service panel. With two fill ports as well. This panel allows for the filling of two separate cylinders with the same panel while monitoring the cylinder pressure of each. Available with 5VDC or 28 VDC for lighting and sending the signal to a downstream transducer or cockpit indicator. Contact our Sales Department to learn more about this panel or customize your own remote fill panel.
