Repair Station


Pacific Precision Products is an authorized FAA Repair Station holding Certificate # PP6R634J issued by the FAA on September 15, 1994. We are also certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency under Certificate # EASA.145.5917 issued on October 25, 2005.  Repair personnel are FAA licensed and our facility is authorized and equipped to repair, overhaul and conduct alterations of aircraft oxygen systems, related components and all PPP Products.  All repairs, overhauls, or customer requested unit performance verifications adhere to each specific part number's Acceptance Test Procedure upon completion. 

In our Certified Repair Shop, located in Irvine, California, we repair and overhaul various components including but not limited to: indicators, oxygen deployment containers, control panels, control valves, pulse latching valves, sequence regulators, and pressure switches. At PPP, we disassemble, inspect, repair/overhaul, reassemble and test most units in house. We maintain an extensive inventory of readily available parts which allow us to turn around orders in a short period of time. AOG services are also available 24/7 by calling 949.727.3844.
